You will have many opportunities to spend time in nature, connect with other participants, join integration groups, and rest. All meals served are nutritious, vegetarian & kosher.

Alex Myrin
Alex Myrin is a plant medicine practitioner, yoga and breathwork teacher, and co-founder of the Tikkun Healing Center. Alex’s intention is to create a safe space for you to heal and return to a natural state of well-being. As a military veteran who struggled with treatment-resistant PTSD and tried conventional talk therapy for almost a decade with no improvement, he was willing to try anything to get better.
