Our Way of Serving the Medicine

We serve this medicine the way we were taught to meet it — through the discipline of the master plant dietas, the long, quiet work of sitting with the plant teachers until their lessons live in your body rather than your notes.

We don’t talk much about that during ceremony. We’d rather it simply be felt: in the steadiness of the container, in the way the room is held, in the quality of presence we bring.

The Whole Retreat Is the Medicine

Our focus is on what happens before and after as much as what happens during.

The ceremony is the doorway, but the lasting shift is built in the preparation and the integration. So the whole retreat is one continuous experience.

The breathwork, the sharing circles, the conversations — none of it is separate from the medicine.

We hold the container with safety and humility — clear-eyed about what we’re working with, never above it, always in service to the people who trust us to sit with them.

You are safe here to go as deep as you need to go.

You will have many opportunities to spend time in nature, connect with other participants, join integration groups, and rest. All meals served are nutritious, vegetarian & kosher.
