A Personalized Healing Container Designed Around You

No two healing journeys are the same.

Some people benefit most from ceremony. Others need time in nature, solitude, or an extended period of intentional preparation before taking the next step. At Tikkun, we create customized healing programs designed around your unique intentions, challenges, and goals.

Whether you’re seeking support for addiction recovery, burnout, grief, a major life transition, spiritual growth, or simply a deeper relationship with yourself, we work with you to create a personalized healing container that supports meaningful and lasting transformation.

Our experience has consistently shown that what happens before a ceremony is often just as transformative as the ceremony itself.

A Healing Container Built Around Your Needs

Every program is thoughtfully designed around the individual and may include any combination of:

  • Private ceremonies
  • One-on-one guidance and integration
  • Extended preparation before ceremony
  • Nature immersion
  • Intentional solitude
  • Breathwork and meditation
  • Spiritual mentoring
  • Addiction recovery support
  • Men’s or women’s work
  • Lifestyle and nutritional guidance
  • Ongoing integration after your stay
  • Traditional plant dieta (when appropriate)

Programs may range from a single day to several weeks, depending on your intentions and the level of support that best serves your journey.

Traditional Plant Dieta

For those who feel called, we offer the option of incorporating a traditional plant dieta into a personalized healing program.

A dieta is an ancient practice rooted in Indigenous Amazonian traditions. It is a period of intentional simplicity and focused relationship with a particular medicinal plant. Traditionally, participants follow specific dietary guidelines, minimize external stimulation, spend extended time in solitude and nature, and engage in daily practices that cultivate deep listening, awareness, and presence.

Unlike approaches that seek constant activity or stimulation, a dieta invites us to slow down.

By stepping away from technology, busy schedules, excessive conversation, processed foods, and the constant demands of everyday life, the nervous system has an opportunity to regulate and settle. In that quiet, many people begin to recognize patterns, emotions, beliefs, and aspects of themselves that are often hidden beneath the pace of modern living.

For some, a dieta becomes an opportunity to reconnect with intuition. For others, it strengthens spiritual practice, supports recovery from addictive patterns, deepens self-discipline, or provides the space needed to navigate major life transitions with greater clarity.

As part of your program, you may spend several days or weeks living in a secluded canvas tent nestled in nature. While receiving regular guidance and support from our team, much of your experience is intentionally devoted to solitude, reflection, prayer, meditation, journaling, and quiet observation of the natural world.

Many participants describe this period of intentional solitude as one of the most transformative aspects of their healing. In the absence of constant distraction, a deeper relationship with oneself—and often with nature—begins to emerge.

A plant dieta is not about escaping life. It is about creating the conditions to return to it with greater clarity, resilience, purpose, and connection.

The Power of Preparation

Healing rarely begins the moment a ceremony starts.

It begins by creating space.

Our preparation process is designed to help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and prepare the body, heart, and spirit for deeper work. Depending on your program, preparation may include:

  • Time in nature
  • Intentional periods of silence
  • Breathwork
  • Meditation
  • Journaling
  • Dietary guidance
  • Spiritual practices
  • Intention setting
  • Daily check-ins and personalized guidance

By the time ceremony arrives, participants often report feeling more grounded, present, and receptive to the experience.

Solitude in Nature

One of the defining elements of our private healing programs is the opportunity to spend meaningful time alone in nature.

Participants may stay in a secluded canvas tent situated on our property, offering a simple, comfortable space intentionally removed from the distractions of daily life.

There is something profoundly healing about slowing down enough to hear the wind through the trees, watch the sunrise without rushing, sit beside a fire, and simply be.

In this environment, many people experience a renewed sense of clarity, creativity, gratitude, and connection—not because they are trying to force an outcome, but because they have finally created the space for it to emerge.

The Tikkun Approach

At Tikkun, we believe healing is a process—not a single event.

Ceremony can be a powerful catalyst, but lasting transformation is cultivated through preparation, intentional practice, solitude, relationship with nature, meaningful guidance, and thoughtful integration.

Our role is not to provide answers or fix anyone. It is to create a personalized healing container where the conditions for genuine transformation can naturally unfold.

Begin the Conversation

Every healing program begins with a conversation.

Together, we’ll explore your intentions, where you feel called to grow, and determine what combination of preparation, solitude, ceremony, integration, and—when appropriate—a traditional plant dieta may best support your journey.

Each program is customized because no two healing journeys are the same.
